Led the 0→1 launch of mindbodygreen’s DTC supplement store, building the full digital acquisition and e-commerce infrastructure in under six months. Designed go-to-market strategy for hero products, defining funnel structure, creative direction, and audience segmentation with VP and founders and working with dev and UX teams on website flow, Shopify store, promotional strategy and CRO. Achieved target CPA within three months.
